Do I need surf experience to join the camp?
No experience needed. Both camps are designed for complete beginners. Our certified instructors build your skills day by day from zero. By the end of the week, most campers are surfing green waves confidently.
Is accommodation included in the camp?
Yes. Both camps include accommodation: 4 nights with the 5-day camp and 6 nights with the 7-day camp. Rooms are shared and prices start from a 4-person room, so the per-person rate depends on the room you choose.
What's the difference between 5-day and 7-day?
The 5-day camp has 4 lessons and 1 surf trip. The 7-day adds 2 extra lessons, a photo package, and an adventure activity. If you have the time, the 7-day delivers significantly more progression.
What if the weather or waves are bad?
Costa Rica's tropical climate means rain doesn't always stop surfing. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule at no extra cost. Safety always comes first.
Can I join a camp alone?
Absolutely. Solo travelers are welcome and common. You'll meet fellow surfers from around the world and leave with new friends. The camp atmosphere makes it easy to connect.
What should I bring to camp?
Just sunblock, a towel, and energy. We provide surfboards, rash guard, and all equipment. Travel light, the ocean does the rest.
